Principal – Lyndelle Taylor (GAICD, AGIA, GDLP, Dip.Law LPAB)
Lyndelle is a lawyer and chartered governance professional with 13 years of dedicated involvement in supporting not-for-profit (NFP) Boards to thrive. She has experience as a voluntary company director for six years, giving her unique insights into the opportunities and challenges facing NFPs.
Lyndelle’s key passions are:
- General corporate governance advisory
- Accepting statutory appointment as Company Secretary, with a preference for Registered Charities which are companies limited by guarantee
- Equipping Directors and Officers to discharge their duties including compliance with ACNC Governance Standards, satisfying the business judgment rule etc
- Continuous enhancement of governance practices
- Supporting charities to achieve their strategic priorities
- Ensuring compliance, policy, risk, and legal frameworks are in place
With extensive experience in areas including professional services, corporate governance, legal research, compliance, regulatory, policy, and risk, Lyndelle is committed to providing tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.

Our Office and Staff
LTGC operates from a home office on the Central Coast which is COVID-safe, fully insured and ergonomically sound. All support staff have a clear Criminal History Check, are bound by a formal contract including confidentiality obligations and are screened to ensure maturity for following relevant policies and managing sensitive commercial information appropriately.
